Day 1

Transfer Aeropuerto - Hotel - Free afternoon

Santa Cruz Island, Galápagos Islands

Arrival at Baltra Airport where our agents will be waiting for you to transfer them to the hotel, located on Santa Cruz Island.

After tasting a delicious lunch we will have the afternoon free to walk through the Puerto Ayora boardwalk and buy handicrafts.

Day 2

After breakfast we will head to our first destination La Loberia, ideal place to snorkel, swim next to a colony of playful sea lions and multicolored fish, occasionally sea turtles and stingrays will appear.

Our next destination is Punta Estrada, we will visit the ravine to observe a small colony of blue footed boobies and pelicans. Then we will disembark at the pier and take a short walk to the viewpoint of the shark canal. Later we will visit the beach of the dogs, where you can see in the rocks a colony of marine iguanas, crabs and occasionally lava herons.

Continuing with our journey we will go to Las Grietas, a paradise lagoon with crystal clear water, where we will swim like in a natural pool. Before returning to the hotel, we will make a stop at the beach of Los Alemanes, where we will enjoy the sun and the sea of Galapagos.

Day 3

El Chato - Tuneles - Gemelos Craters

Very early the guide will pick us up at the hotel to start our visit to the upper part of Santa Cruz Island, which offers important attractions due to the climate and the vegetation it has. We will make a stop to visit the Gemelos Craters, geological subsidence in the middle of a forest of cliffs located in the highest part of the island.

After we will go to the sector of Santa Rosa, we visit the El Chato Reserve, where the famous giant turtles Galapagos live in natural state, relaxing in El Chato lagoon or are also submerged in it. This is also the place where many wild birds of the Island nest, such as the Pinzones, Brujos, Herons Bueyeras and sometimes Pachays.

We will also know a natural lava tunnel, which can be traveled thanks to a dim lighting installed by the owners of the ranch.

In the afternoon we will visit the Charles Darwin Station, where you can see the breeding centers of giant tortoises and corrals of land iguanas. The naturalist guides will give us an interesting talk about the diversity of flora and fauna of the Galapagos. The return will be made by the Puerto Ayora boardwalk, where we will have a few minutes to visit the craft market.

Day 4

Transfer to Airport

After breakfast, we will go to the airport to take the flight back to Quito or Guayaquil.
